In particular, it is prohibited to use our templates for pages that promote: violence, terrorism, hard pornography, racism, vulgarity content or warez software links.
You cannot to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by ThemesPlugin. You cannot also redistribute or release any of our products under a General Public License (GPL). All items copyright data must remain as is when purchased or downloaded, you agree not to edit this information in any way.

Because most issues can be worked out before a refund is necessary, refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis after we’ve worked with you to try and find a solution within two weeks of your purchase. With a 2% refund rate, we’re confident we can work it out! Refunds will not be given for Theme Club memberships, so please contact us with any pre-purchase questions.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.
We provide support in English language only. If you are not a native English speaker, it is your own responsibility to make sure that your request for support is well written in decent English and doesn’t leave our support staff guessing.
Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support via forum and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We will try to provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core package. Theme and plugin support are offered to verified customers by forum only. Support requests made by email, tweet, facebook comment or any other method in most cases will be redirected back to the forum.
If your support requires additional modification of the theme or plugin then you have two options:
- Wait for further development of the product.
- Or hire an expert (We do provide customization service)
ThemesPlugin support staff guarantees to reply to your initial request for support within 48 business hours. Although we watch our support forums online practically 24/7, support during weekends is provided solely at the discretion of our support agents. Please note that while we always strive to answer your questions as soon as humanly possible, sometimes we are not able to do so for whatever reasons and we ask you to be patient during these times.
There is a fine line between support and customizations, and everyone has a different idea of what each entails. While we’re happy to help you with item-specific support, unfortunately, we can’t help you modify or customize your theme further than its advertised features.
